Efrain was the first one to show up to give a quote on my driveway, and by far the fairest price. Other companies wanted almost double. Him and his team worked efficiently and had the entire project done in about 6 hours. It looks fantastic. Highly recommend Perez Asphalt & Paving.

I reached out to Efran to get a quote for my driveway. It was half asphalt and half concrete and had shifted a lot due to improper drainage. I got him to extend the driveway to a retaining wall that was itself in need of attention. It was bowed out and lacked pointing. In-between the wall and my old driveway was a shed that had no foundation. I asked if he'd be able to move it to atop of the retaining wall and he said he'd try. He came up with a plan to fix the drainage issue and also added a conduit pipe under the new driveway. He did everything he said he would and even removed some small stumps for me. He wasn't able to move the shed but he managed my expectations early and let me know it may not work. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing work done!

Perez Paving did a great job paving my driveway. I had an existing 29 year old driveway that had gone to ****. Efrain Perez and his crew took out the old driveway. In addition, I wanted it expanding by approximately 35%. They came in, put the extra process down and laid it all flat while considering the pitch to make sure that no water pooled up anywhere on the driveway. I found 3 other top rated Angie's list businesses but Perez Paving was much less expensive.

I contacted two other outfits to get comparable quotes and I found that, not only did Perez give me a better quote, Efrain also took the time to understand what my wife and I wanted. I am very happy to report that my walkway with Nicolock pavers looks spectacular. This was only made possible due to Efrain and his team members Fausto and Juan. This is a very hard working team that takes pride in their work. Their work is meticulous and they take the time to do it right. Efrain is a perfectionist and his attitude permeates to his workers. What also impressed me was that Efrain kept to the quote that he had given me and did not try to get more money out of me, which sometimes happens with other outfits. Keep up the good work guys.
