"Very well. I had an appointment for approximately 8 AM. They were a bit late, but had called to let me know, and it wasn't a problem for me. They spent well over an hour on the job. They took a ton of lint out of the vent pipes and the dryer itself. I'm pretty sure that whoever it was I had in last time did not open up the dryer to clean it. They also installed a "bird cage" around the vent opening on the side of the house to prevent critters from getting in. (I don't think I have had problems with birds getting in, but why take the chance?) They were very thorough. The job cost more than the initial estimate, but this was because my vent pipe was longer than I had realized. It was reasonable."

"Encon is a great company! I had an ant problem and needed an exterminator right away. Based on good reviews, I called Encon in a panic and Debbie fit me in right away. Ryan came out to the house and talked with my husband. He explained the problem and sprayed around the foundation and inside where the ants seemed to be coming from. That night we had more ants then ever! I called in the morning and spoke to Debbie and told her what happened. She talked me off the ledge and explained how the nest was disturbed and that was normal. I was also happy with the cost. They were very reasonable. "It went soooo well! When I called to request a pickup, I had no difficulty getting through via telephone. I learned that I could also place a request for my pickup via the internet/website too. I gave them my credit card, and walla! the next day, my bag was emptied and I went back to my project. Since I own this bag, I don't feel pressure getting it filled because it is being picked up at the end of the rental. I call when I'm ready! Not when someone else is.The best part of this was that, although on the surface, it appears to be more expensive than when you rent a dumpster, but with a dumpster you pay for the weight. This you don't. It makes life easier because you have no surprises. Plus my driveway and yard is still in tact and my wife doesn't complain about an ugly dumpster. Can you tell how happy we are!
