He returned my call promptly, listened carefully to what I needed, and was able to go out to my house within a few days to look at the space available for the two needed light fixtures. He then gave me excellent advice on the type of fixtures that would fit, and the exact sizees I needed to order, as well as what locations would work best for connecting them to the existing wiring. Using his advice, I was able to order the fixtures, which he then came out again to install. He obviously has good skills, but he was also prompt, efficient, honest, and very professional. "Absolutely perfect in all ways, Rep called within 1 minute of request online, and then came within 90 min of call, this was at 7pm !, and by noon the next day, we had our new central Vac, DONE and DONE, our old central Vac was 13 yrs old and just up and quit , the lady of the house is a bit OCD with vacuuming daily for 2 hours, that old Electrolux central really earned its retirement, We could not be happier with the service we received, Thank you VERY MUCH !!"

"John was awesome. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had previously had some repairs done to my central air system by another company. That result was not up to my expectations. John from Quiet Corners came out, accurately diagnosed my problem, and came out within a week to install a new condenser. We now have cool air in our house. "Very well. I had an appointment for approximately 8 AM. They were a bit late, but had called to let me know, and it wasn't a problem for me. They spent well over an hour on the job. They took a ton of lint out of the vent pipes and the dryer itself. I'm pretty sure that whoever it was I had in last time did not open up the dryer to clean it. They also installed a "bird cage" around the vent opening on the side of the house to prevent critters from getting in. (I don't think I have had problems with birds getting in, but why take the chance?) They were very thorough. The job cost more than the initial estimate, but this was because my vent pipe was longer than I had realized. It was reasonable."

They also inspected aother wiring and the fuse boxes without charging me, and gave me advice and some initial help on a bigger issue I may have them tackle later. "We priced out dumpsters and initially, the dumpsters looked like the way to go but upon reading the fine print, we realized they would have cost more than a bullbag. Each dumpster was about $150-$200 BUT each ONLY included up to 1 ton of material, and the companies would charge me an additional $85/ton over it. The bullbag price was NOT based on weight but rather just filling the bag to the top of the bag. The bullbag not only saved me money, but the people were nice to deal with, but everything they said, they actually did. We have a house on the Cape and we will use them there too in March. We were told up front that there would be an additional $75 fee because of the location, but it is STILL cheaper and easier than a metal dumpster."
