Absolutely perfect in all ways, Rep called within 1 minute of request online, and then came within 90 min of call, this was at 7pm !, and by noon the next day, we had our new central Vac, DONE and DONE, our old central Vac was 13 yrs old and just up and quit , the lady of the house is a bit OCD with vacuuming daily for 2 hours, that old Electrolux central really earned its retirement, We could not be happier with the service we received, Thank you VERY MUCH !!

The complaint was that for some reason the system would not shut down properly. He immediately replaced my unit with a rebuilt unit that I payed for then on the way out, he said the continuous running would improve by disconnecting a second hose connected to the system in the garage. Quite obviously to me then, the initial problem was that second hose connection that he had seen when he parked in front of the garage where the second hose was connected. He got into his truck and left before I had a chance to inquire if that was the problem initially. I suspect it was and I was scammed for over a hundred dollars. This will be the first and last time I will use Home Advisor. He could have disconnected te errant hose and charged me a service call but instead he scammed me. My ignorance of how the system was wired. I accept that my ignorance cost me but I learned never to use you again.
