"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. Matthew came out and replaced the flooring underneath it and now it sits correctly on the floor and no longer leaks. I would definitely have them come back if I had any other plumbing problems"

"Lies from day one. Just had the inspection done today on this $17k nightmare (we only paid $10k of it because the job wasn't complete). We tried to work with them and all I got was that I was causing the problems and they would approve the things that needed to be fixed. You don't get to approve what I paid for and have to live in. Perhaps they shouldn't hire folks with no skills who wrecked this bathroom. I'm sure the pictures they advertise on their website wasn't done by these folks they sent here. We want our money back and they can come and rip down this mess. $17k for shower fixtures, the shower skin and shower floor, floors and walls. If you want to hire these folks, record all calls, messages, conversations and the in home visit first. Many more pictures. Disgusted!!!!!"
