"We needed a plumber to fix a kitchen water leak. Chris called almost immediately and scheduled an appointment. Ken came and assessed and repaired the problem and installed a new faucet. He also answered some questions we had on a few other potential issues and all the services they provide. We will definitely be calling CW Cummings for future plumbing needs and highly recommend them. Prompt, professional, reasonable."

"My sister-in-law told me about Justin when I needed to replace a toilet. I called him yesterday, 2/18, and told him what I needed done. He picked up the new toilet, installed it perfectly and took the old one with him. I have never experienced a plumber like him: willing to help ASAP, professional, honest, personable and so kind! Finally…I have a great plumber!"

"I am so appreciative of his fast, efficient and most of all his honesty. Unlike others they were going to charge me a service fee, just to come to my house. I’m a stickler about reading reviews and most of them weren’t good through yelp. I highly recommend reading Pedro, very nice and personable, didn’t try and sell me unnecessary service. I would definitely call him again!!"

"We recently bought our house and had no idea what kind of maintenance the previous owners had done to the plumbing or drains. When our shower drain stopped clearing, Preston came out to help and he was wonderful. He was professional, very personable, and clearly knew what he was doing. It took a lot of hard work to get everything cleared, but he stayed diligent and made sure the job was done right. Since then we haven’t had any issues at all and everything has been draining perfectly. We’re so glad we found him and are thrilled to have him as our go-to if we ever need help again. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Preston."

"Put in new shower heads that met our needs. John was on time, gave us a fair price, left area very clean and wore booties over his shoes. Very congenial person. When he came to give us an estimate we explained our needs and he gave us choices as to how it could be done and gave us the pricing. Work was done as specified and pricing. Would recommend him and we would certainly hire him again.."

"Plumber Tommy Tucker was very good about staying on top of things- especially when previous plumbing job affected scheduled appointment- unforseen problems - follow-up calls. Price for changing out garbage disposal was reasonable."

"I will call him in the future if I need something else done. Arthur and his son were great. They installed a hot water heater in 1-1/2 hours I was very pleased with his work and he was very professional. Mr Dipetrillo is the best guy to do the job. I finally found a good plumber. Thank you for everything. Marie A"

"Your company is outstanding and we are extremely happy. Our technician Garett was prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable and explained things about our situation that we were totally unaware of. Potentially saving us time and money down the road. Garrett was attentive to our to our needs and was very careful of our pets as he was working. We would definitely use Beacon Drain Service again."
