"Thank You [Member Name Removed]! We appreciate your positive review!"
I called in another company this year to inspect my chimney liner, a company that 10 years ago had fixed my chimney and capped it for me. They did this last week (8/2013).
It turns out the liner was glued in at the top and you are supposed to put it in place with concrete. In addition to that they ruined all the work I had done to cap my chimney because they hacked out the concrete for the cap to put into the liner and never sealed it properly. Because of their lack of quality work - which also included not insulating the liner (something recommended by the furnace manufacturer), water was leaking inside which created cracks in
the chimney near the top. I need to have this repaired now. I was actually shown pictures of what they did and what the job correctly done is supposed to look like. It was night and day.
I learned I was overcharged for the work. Something like this can be done with professional results with the liner being insulated as recommended by the burner company for about 1500 - 1550 dollars. I was charged 1800.00
It is one thing for someone to come to your house and be courteous and clean up after themselves.
It is another to complete a job with quality workmanship and that's what I expect. For that I give this company a really low rating - especially for what they charged. I personally would never work with them again.

"Hi (deleted member name), Thank you so much for your referral! It's our loyal Customers like you that make it a pleasure doing business."
Before undertaking any work, everything was thoroughly and pleasantly explained and priced. Efforts were made to keep the floors clean. The company also had access to a smartphone gadget that made paying with a credit card fast and simple.
The overall impression was one of complete pleasant professionalism.
