He inspected the mechanism and offered to either replace the damaged cable, or install a new garage door opener, and quoted both options. I opted to just replace the cable. He also noted that the garage door spring was very tight and needed to be loosened up. He took care of that along with the repair. He was very nice and professional, and I was very glad that I had called him.

Bob and his son were able to come out same-day and replaced all 4 springs in less than 45 minutes. Everything's working good now. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely use them again - though hopefully we won't need them for 10 years or so!

Bob cleaned up a mess that was left by another contractor who installed two garage doors in an unacceptable manner. They didn't hang right, the safety chain wasn't installed, they weren't supported correctly - on and on. Bob spent 4 hours on site and worked steadily. Essentially he had to tear everything down and put it back correctly. This he did. He also programmed the remotes so each one would control both doors. In addition, he came when he said he would and delivered what he promised. Excellent Recommendation
