"I was experience a sewer back up in my basement, the tech came within an hour. Extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing. Cleared the line and showed me a bunch of roots, explained he could use high pressure water to get em out, I called roto rooter two years ago and they didn?t even mention the possibility of that, they told me it would be 14k to dig it. I gave the guy the okay to clear the line out with water, and I can?t believe he got the line looking brand new. "Great company! They came out when they said they were going to, the work was carried out smoothly and without issues. The installer was very polite and conscientious. The pricing was not inexpensive, but it rarely is for a licensed, bonded, insured company using professional grade materials (not the cheap big box store cabling). These guys did the work right and when you re dealing with something as dangerous as natural gas you can t afford a company that makes mistakes.
