He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. The price was very fair, considering the quality of the work and other estimates I had gotten. I would not hesitate to recommend Williams & Associates."

"Anyone that needs a clogged drain taken care of, do yourself a favor and call Honest Drain. I called at 7:45 am and the expert was at my home at 9:15 am. I was impressed with how he did such a fantastic job that is usually nasty and he left my bathroom spotless. Less than an hour later, I had my shower back. "They are good and prompt, but expensive. Project, replace toilet wax ring. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."
