"I called him on the 14th and asked him how much it would cost to install gfcis and he said 50 dollars and a service fee of 175 dollars. I said fine and to come the next day. On the 15th he came without the hardware to install the gfci so I had him fix a circuit breaker and light switch. He said he would come the next day to install the gfcis which he did and he fixed a power outlet. The gfcis took 30 minutes and the other electrical work took an hour. His hourly rate is 150 and the cost of installing the gfcis is 50 dollars plus the service charge was 175 so I expected to pay 375. Instead he charged me 935.27 and when I argued he said he would seek litigation. Under duress I paid him by credit card 935.27"

Got a timeframe for arrival, missed it, made another appointment for later that day, missed it, made an appointment for the next morning, now no show, and no one is answering the phone, and they don't have voicemail to leave a message. This is possibly an emergency, and no response is completely negligent. I'm going with someone else."

"Moreno Handyman Service is outstanding and very professional. They were the only electric service company that replied to my request. I reached out to others and they didn't come or gave me the run around. After 2 weeks I finally reached back out to Moreno and they scheduled in the same week. I will definitely call them for my electrical needs."

"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."
