"Although I am unable to select the option of garage door repair (which this company also does) I will be leaving a review here since there does not seem to be another place to leave a review online for their garage door company. The service itself is not performed by this company and contracted out instead and according to the staff I spoke to they have no control over what time the contractors show up to the appointment. So take this into consideration when using this company for repairs, it is not their employees performing the job and who knows what time they will show up for you. For me, it was hours late. "

And we gave him the trailer and TOLD him to register the trailer. But he Never did. We trust him. And Next we received from the state of Georgia for a toying violation until March 2023. We sent the bookkeeper all the copies of the towing violation. HE WERE REALLY UNHAPPY! He did a good job for our chimney But that doesn't mean He treat his customer like these! We told Him to stop Driving it. But He keeps riding it! It was really Bad! You already cost us 125 hundreds dollar for this. "Called Colorado Chimney Company in March, asked if they could replace chimney chase cover and was told yes. They came out to my house to look at the chimney, charged me for the inspection, claimed to have taken the chase cover measurements to get one made. After couple weeks with no feedback, I called and was told still working on it with the cover manufacturer. Before I decided to go with another company, I called one more time to leave a message, but never gotten back to me since. I do not mind if they were unable to get one made, but tell me instead of just completely ignoring me. I posted a review on Google Map and within an hour, Brian called to offer me a refund to delete the review. I would have been more than grateful to accept the money back before the review was posted. He even questioned if the review worth more than the money he was going to refund me. I think it is okay to hire them to do chimney inspection and this Brian guy seemed to do a good job, but not following through is a problem. My chimney chase was leaking and he was not dependable."
