Excellent. Akim and Kossi were very professional and respectful of our house when moving hoses for our whole house air vent cleaning. Akim and Christophe were FABULOUS! They worked so quickly and with such thoroughness it was amazing! The company was easy to schedule with and the technician was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. There were no hidden fees, and our air ducts are SO much cleaner! We will use AAA again if we need cleaning in the future!

The day of cleaning, he sent me before and after photos to make sure I see the difference. All the ducts and basement carpet were super cleaned! I see the transformation. We feel good that the air inside the house is clean and breath comfortably.

Fantastic vendor. Dave was very patient with us as we needed to reschedule a few times, in order to let our newly refinished hard wood floors cure. The appointment time was from 8-11; Christophe called ahead to let me know he'd be there right at 8. He was very friendly, courteous and professional and worked incredibly hard during the 4+ hours he was there. The house had undergone some renovations and the ducts were VERY dirty - not only was Christophe very thorough with getting the ducts cleaned (and the dryer vent and attic fan), but he cleaned up all the residual dust the process created. He was very conscientious of our new floors, which we really appreciated. Overall, while not an inexpensive service, we feel it was worth every penny and were VERY happy with the service we received. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future!

The woman I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment was very informative of the step by step process that the company uses for cleaning. Kristov came to the house and gave us an upfront cost after we counted all the vents. Our vents had probably not been cleaned in the 42 years that it has been around and they now look great! Kristov was very polite and professional! He gave us some helpful tips as well regarding our air filter. I really appreciated him taking the time to help educate us a bit on what he was doing. We will definitely use this company again in the future!

This was my first Angie's List experience, and I thought it was great.My appointment was at 8:30am, Krystov called me at 8:10am to tell me he would be there at 8:45am- which was fine with me- and I appreciated the great communication right off the bat. Upon arrival we walked through the house to count the number of vents, inspect to make sure all furniture was moved out of the way, and to discuss exactly what work was to be done. Before work started he totaled up exactly what the cost would be, and went out of his way to explain how he came up with the total. The 2 person crew worked for about 3 hours and used their video scope to show me before and after pictures of the vents. They were efficient, friendly and left the house better and cleaner than it was before they started. They even vacuumed our table at my request. All with a smile.

Christoff arrived promptly and showed me exactly what he was going to do. He was very professional and friendly and got right to work. He did not try to sell me anything additional which I appreciated. He completed the job when he said he would and my house smells clean and sanitized. When i told him that I had owned the house for only two years and wondered if the previous owners had ever had the ducts cleaned. I worried that mine was the worst house he'd ever seen. He laughed and assured me that he had seen much worse. I will definitely use AAA again in the future!

They arrived as scheduled. They completed the work within the estimated time. They used a camera to view a into couple of ducts before starting...there was construction debris in two of the ducts. I was glad that they were very careful not to damage anything with their equipment. We would definitely use them again.

They arrived on-time, and explained how they worked. We agreed on how many vents and returns they were to clean, and what the price would be. It matched the Angie's list big deal details. I chose 2 places to look into my duct system with their video camera, and saw how little my other cleanings had done. Then they got to work. It was a busy 2.5 hours, and they found some really cool stuff back even to nearly the time of the house being built in 1985. The glass 20 oz. Coke bottle was the most extreme. The house was very clean when they were done, and they even evaluated whether or not my current filter could handle the extra dust in the duct system that had to be filtered out for a bit. They were very careful about our floors, walls, corners, stair railings, and entry ways. Their final price was exactly what we agreed upon.The video review as the capstone. The ducts went from pretty crusty to shiny and as clean as I can imagine them.

Can't say enough. They explained exactly what they were going to do. They asked me to pick the dirtiest spot to so they could show me how good they would clean it. They did a very thorough job and cleaner up after. They even showed me the dirt that came out of the filter.

I am unsure if this service was completed. I have not gone and looked into the hose, but I noticed no change in the amount of time to dry my clothes, and my understanding was that if the hose was cleaned for the first time since I moved in 15 years ago, that I would notice a major change in the drying time. Need a third choice, uncertain in some of the review questions

"We apologize for your frustration and we are here to help you. We have tried calling you three times and left you messages since you posted this review, so we could help you troubleshoot the problem. We have not received a call back yet. A clogged exhaust duct may cause your dryer to take longer to dry clothes, but there are many other reasons why the dryer may not be working properly. First, if the lent screen is not cleaned after every use, small particles will gather abound the screen and prevent it from working properly. Second, try checking the cycle temperature setting as it may not be set high enough. Third, bad moisture sensor bars can cause longer drying times. There are 12 check points to go through, especially after not having cleaned the vent for 15 years,so we can't list them all here. If you can call us back we can walk you through some of these steps. If you want to know if the dryer vent has been thoroughly cleaned, you can go outside to where the exhaust duct goes outside and put your hand there and feel the air flow. If it is a strong air flow, you know that the vent is clean. Also, for one load, try disconnecting the vent hose from the dryer and run the cycle. That will help you determine whether it is the dryer causing the problem, or the vent. We hope this helps you and please don't hesitate to call us back if you need further assistance or have any questions. We send Thank You cards after every service we perform, not just to say thank you but to also give our clients an opportunity to express any concerns. We completed this job on November 6th and this review is the first we've heard of your issue. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. I expected them to start suggesting all sorts of things that need to be done. They showed us all that they got out of the ducts and it was disgusting. Obviously had not been done since the house was built. The air quality has greatly improved and we are no longer dusting every day. My wife's breathing has improved ALOT. She is not sick anymore and has quit coughing and feeling like she has an eternal cold.

It went well. They actually found a dead bird in my chimney. The person who came took care in removing the bird and getting all the soot out of my chimney. The fireplace works better now. I also needed my carpets cleaned. I had them cleaned in the spring and was disappointed in how they turned out. I have a dog who does track in a lot of dirt and after this company cleaned my carpet, I was amazed at how clean the carpet is. They guy who came told me their machine has temperatures that get adjust for different carpet types to optimize cleaning.

Dave came to my house to clean my air ducts and carpet. I found this company on the BBB website. I used them even though their quote was a little higher because they have an A+ rating. I have never had my air ducts cleaned before but I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies. This is by far the best they have ever come out. They look cleaner now than they did when I bought the place.
They used a camera to view my air ducts and e-mailed me the before and after pictures. They look incredibly clean now and I can feel the air in my house is cleaner which makes me happy with a new born baby in the house.
Dave was on time and took his time doing the job. He was so funny and personable. It was a pleasure having him come over. I would certainly use this company again and I have already referred them to all my friends and neighbors.
