I had 4 contractors give me bids on Foundation repair. Ultimately I did not select liftech but they were my 2nd choice. Their price was competitive and Jack M did a good job of explaining the process. I at least recommend Liftech for consideration if you need foundation repair.

I had Anthony and Brian lift a substantial area of my driveway. Their work was clean, thorough, and fast. I think they were finished in less than 2 hours. Anthony also took the time to explain how the process worked, steps I should take to fill the seals, anything I should look for after the job was complete and not to hesitate should they need to return down the road to address any issues. They were friendly and they left the site clean and ready to drive on. I was impressed with their work and I would recommend Liftech in the future.

We had Anthony and Cody in to raise the slab in our basement and fill a void underneath our front step. They were prompt, professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Not sure what other positives I can give them both. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. i was very pleased wiith everything about Liftech personnel. They responded quickly to my inquiry, met me at the house at my conveniene and were punctional. They even looked and and check the level of my Patio slab even though that was not part of the estimate. They were on time and quick to perform the work. Very happy with the work and with my dealings with them. Hopefully I will never have to have another slab leveled but if I did I would Liftech would get the work.

Liftech raised my front walk over a year ago. It sank again. They came out almost a year later and raised it again under warranty. It sank a second time. Again, Liftech raised the slab. This time it was out of warranty but they only charged for the materials used. Liftech's warranty and follow up is excellent. What was above and beyond expectations was the tech took time to explain how water was getting under the slab and how I can raise the grade around the slab to keep the water away. We got this work done and the problem should be solved. Liftech is professional, prompt, service oriented and worthy of five stars.

Liftech is a company that goes far beyond your expectations from the initial estimate to the first step on your property. Our property was their priority. They kept me informed of their progress. They removed branches and took sections from our fence to make way for their equipment. They cared for our lawn and flowers. The job was more than they anticipated with water flowing under our foundation. They did not add on addition charges even though the work required more hours to complete. They were able to move the wall in our basement back 11 inches! They added french drains and metal supports after working in knee deep water. The owner of the company was on hand to supervise and assist as needed. I highly recommend Liftech for your foundation work. You can find cheaper companies for your repair but you won't recieve the superior service and quality workmanship.

LIFTECH saved the day for me. They efficiently and correctly located the Melt System underneath my Driveway, then successfully performed an approximate 2" lift at the end. I appreciate them so much, wish I had found them years ago !

I used Liftech for a structural repair and am happy to report that my experience with the company was very positive. My particular job concerned fixing an issue with the wrap-around deck on my house, where the concrete piers supporting the deck had heaved upwards. The core house foundation was stable where the deck attached to the house, but the heaving caused the edge of the deck to move upwards, pulling the overhead soffit away from the house and the deck itself to be out of level 2" across 6'. What made the job challenging was that all deck supports were 12" diameter logs, some 18' long and weighing 1000 lbs. After obtaining 2 estimates it was clear that Liftech offered the correct solution, which was to shore up the deck with temporary supports, remove all logs, deck railings and stairs, remove the original concrete piers, drill and sink helical piers 25' into the hole left by the piers, form and pour new concrete pier caps and then re-install the logs, railings and stairs. Because this was a complex and technically challenging repair, the company owner Darren came out and personally supervised the job. The job began exactly when scheduled, and did not run over the number of days estimated to complete (they were actually done in 7.5 days instead of the 8 estimated). In addition to Darren, the three man crew of Chad, Wesley and Austin were very professional, polite and hard working. I was frankly amazed at how much work they accomplished in such a short amount of time. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for - the deck is now level and sitting on stable supports guaranteed to never heave again. In short, it is clear that Liftech is more than just a concrete stabilization company, and they are fully qualified to handle complex foundation structural issues. I highly recommend this company.

Lift Tech Denver Review We were so impressed with Brian in his diagnosis of the problems and what would be required to solve them. We have a decorative border along the entire length of the driveway on both sides. These borders were markedly offset from the driveway, both high and low, and created trip hazards and interfered with snow clearance in the winter. These borders are expensive to tear up and replace. Brian and the crew were able to restore perfect alignment so that the transition from driveway to border was restored to original alignment. All of this was done for a fraction of the cost of replacement. The team was very professional, so courteous and remarkably efficient. We are very grateful to them for their outstanding work.

Liftech did an amazing job on the leveling of my basement floor. Some spots had sunk about 2 inches, and they were able to level the floor over a 30 ft span to within .25" across the entire basement. The process was very clean, and all of the guys that came out were very professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. I hope to never need them again, but would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services!

I worked with Liftech to have my patio raised. Everyone from scheduling to the actual technicians that performed the work were exceptional. Neal was great. I received a bid from another company and he explained the pros and cons of both techniques. It's been about 4-5 months or so and our patio still looks great!

It went great, as the concrete was lifted to almost its original height. Liftech will be a bit more than other companies in price. However, the quality of the job warrants the extra money. Their estimator is very clear on what can and cannot be done with the concrete leveling, which means less chance of any surprises when your job is completed. Of course, a determining factor is the quality of the original concrete.
