"Overall it went very well. We started with the standard estimate and they won the bid by competitive pricing. We were also recommended to them by friends. They sent a crew memeber to power wash and he did an excellent job. He even washed away the debris so it wasn't sitting in our driveway. Once the painting started, it all went pretty well. Anything they didn't get were taken care of at our request. The sales associate we worked with (Derrick) was very responsive to us and made sure everything was addressed on our final walk through. Our deck was a tough project and there were a few spots missed, but it was at no fault to theirs due to the lighting. I ended up just touching them up myself as they were smaller areas. "Tony did a wonderful job repairing and painting walls with very high cathedral ceilings. He did the bathroom, kitchen, and entrance hall in a day and a half for a very reasonable cost. The only issue I have is that I called the evening before he painted and told him I wanted to change the color for the front hall, and I still gave him a 4 1/2 because it is not a huge deal to me, but now I need to change the color of the inside of the door. Otherwise a beautiful job."
