"Overall it went very well. We started with the standard estimate and they won the bid by competitive pricing. We were also recommended to them by friends. They sent a crew memeber to power wash and he did an excellent job. He even washed away the debris so it wasn't sitting in our driveway. Once the painting started, it all went pretty well. Along the way we noticed a few spots that needed additional attention, but the excellent crew tended to them before we even had to say a word. Anything they didn't get were taken care of at our request. The sales associate we worked with (Derrick) was very responsive to us and made sure everything was addressed on our final walk through. Our deck was a tough project and there were a few spots missed, but it was at no fault to theirs due to the lighting. I ended up just touching them up myself as they were smaller areas. The house looks great and crew worked diligently throughout the week. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone else."

The only issue I have is that I called the evening before he painted and told him I wanted to change the color for the front hall, and I still gave him a 4 1/2 because it is not a huge deal to me, but now I need to change the color of the inside of the door.
