"Kind Home is a big operation but in the end it was good for us. Quality of work was fantastic. They were timely, thorough and flexible. They took the time to clean, prep, stain, and then stain again, and then come out and spot check. Then they left without a trace. I HIGHLY recommend them."

"Overall it went very well. We started with the standard estimate and they won the bid by competitive pricing. We were also recommended to them by friends. They sent a crew memeber to power wash and he did an excellent job. He even washed away the debris so it wasn't sitting in our driveway. Once the painting started, it all went pretty well. Along the way we noticed a few spots that needed additional attention, but the excellent crew tended to them before we even had to say a word. Anything they didn't get were taken care of at our request. The sales associate we worked with (Derrick) was very responsive to us and made sure everything was addressed on our final walk through. Our deck was a tough project and there were a few spots missed, but it was at no fault to theirs due to the lighting. I ended up just touching them up myself as they were smaller areas. The house looks great and crew worked diligently throughout the week. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone else."

"This team did a great job on staining my two decks and chairs and balcony. They were responsive on the phone. They sent over someone knowledgeable and walked me through all the options of stain opacity and color. They also set me up with a color consultant to help me choose colors. They did a power wash and then stained with a team of five to ten people, getting it done quickly. Phoenix did a very thorough job with the walkthrough and her eye was sharper than mine, spotting and fixing any missed spots. My decks look great. When it comes time to paint the exterior, I'll use them again. The had like 8 people out here working simultaneously for a day and a half. When I think about how much I paid for all that labor, I feel that I got a fair value."

"Tony did a wonderful job repairing and painting walls with very high cathedral ceilings. He did the bathroom, kitchen, and entrance hall in a day and a half for a very reasonable cost. The only issue I have is that I called the evening before he painted and told him I wanted to change the color for the front hall, and I still gave him a 4 1/2 because it is not a huge deal to me, but now I need to change the color of the inside of the door. Otherwise a beautiful job."

"The project was to clean and stain our deck, and we asked him to put stain on a small patio as well. Also, I asked if he could complete it on short notice. Mike worked it into his schedule, and in the end, the deck looks great. The patio is not Mike's specialty, and it turned out okay. In the end, we plan to hire Mike to clean our fence later this fall. When it comes to wood, Mike does a great job, and I would recommend him. Regarding the value, I'm not an expert in this space, but the cost seemed a little high for what we received."

However, when we wanted our trim painted, they were the only professionals of those we called who were willing to do stain to paint on trim only. They kept in good contact with me and the painters were pleasant to have in the house. The project manager, Chris, even came by to do some touch-ups a couple of weeks after the job was done and the walkthrough completed, as there was one spot we had just all missed noticing that whole time."
