"This company had very competitive prices. Was easy to work with and did a great clean up job. My home project was to sand and stain a large wrap around deck. They sanded down thru 20 years of tinted stain and put 2 coats of tinted stain on. My railing with spindles are a different color than the deck you walk on and they did a great of being careful not to get the deck stain on the spindles. I really enjoyed the ease of communication with them. As it was spring, thus rain, we had to be in communication about adjusting time and days due to the rain. Additionally I appreciated that because of weather and other jobs they had to do, I was not put off and kept at the top of the list to complete the job. I got a quote from them to do the railing and spindles, the price is so fair that I may not get other bids."

"From my very first contact with Derick Packard, my experience was superior in all respects.  He was knowledgeable about how to best treat our cedar siding, supporting our preference for staining rather than painting as many of the bidders had suggested.  While staining was the costlier option, Derick's price still beat all the rest, and we got a lot of bids.  His bid was clear, timely, quite competitive and reliable. Derick also helped us work with our insurance requirements, as this was a covered claim.  He knew how to help us work through the process with our insurance.
Once work began, the team was exceptionally courteous and professional and quite patient in applying numerous color samples until I was satisfied.  That was the most difficult decision point for me as I had previously (many years earlier by a different company) had my house stained from a sample and then hated the color once an entire side was done.  I explained my fear to Derick and he really listened to what I wanted and worked with the color until I liked it so it looked just the way I wanted it to from the beginning. 
The quality of the product, workmanship and final result is absolutely superior.  I could not be more satisfied.  I also felt comfortable with the two-man crew who did the work and Derick was available by phone or in person as needed.

They sent over someone knowledgeable and walked me through all the options of stain opacity and color. They also set me up with a color consultant to help me choose colors. They did a power wash and then stained with a team of five to ten people, getting it done quickly. Phoenix did a very thorough job with the walkthrough and her eye was sharper than mine, spotting and fixing any missed spots. My decks look great. When it comes time to paint the exterior, I'll use them again. The had like 8 people out here working simultaneously for a day and a half. When I think about how much I paid for all that labor, I feel that I got a fair value."
