Had the damage been greater. I would have had to hire an attorney. I had to pay another company to fix most of the mistakes that Steve Moss made. I have proof (pictures) of the mistakes and damage. Another man that works for a different company told me Steve Moss is liable for this. I should have also had a contract before he started work. He also stopped working on the project for weeks and then returned. Steve Moss told me he would make it right after he damaged part of my wall. And that never happened. Another company told me he should have never patched it over like he did."

Windows and Doors are all we do, so we do it well. Everlast Windows in Colorado Springs is the premier window and door replacement company in the area. We are comprised of industry professionals with years of experience installing for homeowners across Colorado.

"I'm not usually one to post reviews unless it's about stellar service, or a terrible experience (and I only take the time to write a review if it's something truly terrible). Do NOT use this company! We paid for a service, and the contractor took the money and has failed to do any of the work. We've worked with Mr. Krautschun when his business was under the title "Pikes Peak Windows and Doors" and had a good experience. When we decided to go through him again in February 2021 for replacement of the rest of the windows in our home, his business was under the title "Everlast Windows". We paid half the cost upfront ($5,070) and were told we would get a call in 8 weeks when the windows were in to schedule installation. After multiple phone calls, he kept saying the windows were "delayed" due to COVID. Today, after 12 weeks of waiting, he informed us that the order was never put in for the windows, that it's the manufacturer's issue, and that they took the $5,070 and won't give it back (is this sounding sketchy yet? It gets worse...). He then said that he needs the other $5,070 in order to order the windows from another company, and that he will give us his trailer title as collateral for the $5,070. We let him know we are not interested in giving him more money, and that we would either like the original contract honored, or a full refund. Mr. Krautschun said that it would be "weeks" until he can get the money from the supposed window manufacturer who took the money, but not the order. As of this afternoon (5/21/21) we have filed a complaint with the attorney general, a police report, and a complaint with the better business bureau."
