"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"Andrew and his wife, Whitney, both arrived right on time. It was obvious that he knew his trade very well, as he had to change the project somewhat from the original plan. He went into detail to explain the ramifications to his new plan. Which basically went from tinting my storm windows, to applying the tint directly onto my 79 year old wood window frames. I thanked him for the explanation, and agreed with him. They are both very personable, yet professional as well. The project took them longer since it had to be altered, yet they didn't complain about it, they just went to work. Basically, they had 36 individual window panes to tint and it took them just under 6 hours to complete. Overall, I am VERY pleased with how they came out! I will definitely hire him again when I have me car windows tinted in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend A&W Tinting, and encourage others to hire them for any of their window tinting needs!!! "We replaced our siding with Hardie Fiber Cement pre-painted siding. We also had the windows on the upper level replaced. Keith, the owner of GS Exterior Experts, stated the job should take about 2 weeks (10 business days) to complete. We were a little skeptical of that time frame, but lo and behold they finished a day early!! Keith was onsite for the full 9 nine days, supervising and also working alongside his crew on the house as well. They removed and disposed of the old siding, added extra insulation foamboards to the house, installed new windows on the upper level, and then installed the siding. They took care to ensure the trim and other facades of the house matched what was there previously and within our HOA guidelines. The only mishap was when they re-attach the 1-inch thick cord from the AC unit that ran along the side of the house. The cord was very loose and did not pass the house inspection when we were selling the house. We had to hire an electrician to fix. Keith graciously reimbursed us for the cost of the electrician. Overall, Keith and his crew did a great job - they were fast, efficient, polite and very professional. If we need our next home re-sided, we would consider hiring GS Exterior Experts again."
