Triple L Painting & Drywall

Paid and never completed job. Sloppy and had to hire another contractor to rip SLOooooWwww May-Sept and still not finished $3,500 job Paid in June then doesn?t give a damn

I paid Frank Lopez and they never came back to complete the job. I would never recommend Triple L Painting and Dry Wall. The work they did has to be redone. The gate they installed hangs lower on one side, and it won?t open more than a few inches. The concrete they repaired and is splitting and peeling off. The hardware they installed on the front exterior door had to be reinstalled. The family had to come and go from the back door until I find another contractor to fix the lock and striker plate. He told me which storm door to purchase and it took him so long to get around to the job that when he realized it was the wrong size, I couldn?t return it, that was $500.00. He broke a sprinkler head and didn?t tell me. Two of our vehicle's got fencing screws in the tires, one could be repaired, but the other had to be replaced. AND when I went back to review the contract, I realized I overpaid him by $300, and he hasn?t returned the overpayment. Bad Business!

I have called Mr. Lopez for help with several projects and he always quotes a project for repair if possible and then goes to replacement if a reasonable fix is not an option. In this case, he replaced my garbage disposal unit with a new one, cleaned out my dryer vents to the outer wall, and then verified I have good insulation in my attic but that a cooling fan would not work up there related to my HOA rules. Thank you Frank I sure appreciate your help!

Can not rate Triple L high enough! After a bad contractor experience, Frank and team were easy to work with, friendly and overall a pleasure to have in our house. They were able to install baseboards and flooring in our basement in a few hours and we are extremely happy with the finished work. Will definitely be using them in the future for other projects. Frank and his crew not only painted and caulked all of my outside trim and doors but they also repaired a bathroom ceiling and a bedroom ceiling plus repainted the ceilings in both rooms. I was very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them.

I was pointed to Frank's company through Nextdoor when I was going through a remodel and I hired him to paint a couple rooms, He was so great to work with I asked him back to put a very specific plaster texture on bathroom which had drywall damage from removing tile. What great customer service! Answered my call immediately, worked with me to find a time and he fit me in immediately! He came over after he finished his other job that same night (I had a small repair job) and came back first thing in the morning to finish up. He put up plastic and painters tape to keep the area clean, and wiped it up at the end. Very considerate. Even put cardboard under his van to keep any oil leaks off my drive. Excellent! Friendly! And great work too!
