Missed three deadlines to deliver my garage doors now 4 months late. I called them two months later and explained I had moved items into the garage based on their timeline and it was unsecured. They offered to install a temporary door panel but they missed those appointment times as well. When I called them for the 5th time they told me my garage doors were in and could install them so we scheduled an appointment. After taking a day off work, as a nurse, to get these installed. No call confirming appointment. When they didnt show, I called them. They told me the installers were nearby. 20 minutes later I called again and they told me "very very shortly." 40 minutes later I called them back and they told me their techs told them they were on site. I promise you they are not as I have not moved from my driveway since 1.5 hours ago. No call back and no explanation. You make your decision as to the value of your time.
