"This is a new company but we hired them because we were very impressed with our first meeting where the owner (Glenn), designer and project supervisor all attended. We didn't need new cabinets, but we wanted new countertops with a full backsplash, sink, fixtures, and appliances. The price seemed reasonable and Glenn is very transparent about how he arrives at the budgetary number. We did not use financing. Issues encountered were very minor and were resolved quickly. They underestimated the time needed for the tile backsplash, which I'm sure they will consider the next time they schedule a project, but it didn't cause us any problems. Though DBF is a new company, they have some good experience on their team, and we are very happy with the way the project went and the way we were treated. So they are off to a very good start."

"living space and then extending the patio beyond it -- and the end result is honestly incredible. What used to be a space we could only use part of the year is now a true second living area we use all the time. The transition between indoor and outdoor feels super seamless, and the added patio space outside makes it perfect for hosting or just relaxing. Throughout the whole project, their team made the process feel manageable and well thought out. Everything came together exactly how we had hoped, and you can tell a lot of attention went into both the design and the build quality. It completely changed how we use our home -- couldn't be happier with how it turned out."

"We had been looking for over a year for someone reliable to do a fairly small job, but couldn't find anyone until we found Monroe Construction. Kenzie was professional, considerate in keeping us updated with how far out he would be until he could start work, was extremely diligent in minimizing the mess and potential damage to our property (there was NO damage), and was quick and efficient ient getting the job started and finished. We would recommend Monroe Construction to everyone, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat."
