I was so impressed with his demeanor, his expertise, his confidence, his professionalism, and just what a nice guy he was (easy on the eyes as well). :) Glenn and I met initially to discuss what I wanted done. Then he brought over his designer and project supervisor. I liked them immediately. What impressed me is that he was very available for any questions I had and kept in constant contact with me throughout the remodel.
