Materials on time, workers on time, well scheduled, easy to get hold of, did exactly the way i wanted.

So easy to work with, they were available, easily accessible, from quality work reasonable price. I think it would be an easy decision future to hire them again for another project. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience! The work is good and they listened to all my â wantsâ . On time. Great clean up, very easy to work with.

The project is going on 6 months and still going. The quality is a bad DIY job. we had to ask for a new crew to be brought in after finishes were left unsafe, like screws coming up through the floor. Jobs were done and redone many times taking away the integrity of the materials, causing repurchase of new materials. We had to source our own subcontractors which he did not have -- ie. tile . Communication is terrible and Brett only comes when we argue that he needs to come by and see what is happening.

Brett finished our basement from scratch. It turned out awesome! He was responsive and easy to work with. His sub-contractors were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Western Skies for any type of construction.

Brett has been the best contractor we could have asked for. He is very attentive and listens and pays attention to the big and small details. His sense of professionalism also reaches out to his sub-contractors and has made the process as seamless and pleasant as possible. Western Skies is highly recommended.

Brett and his team were a pleasure to work with and their work is of highest quality! Communication could be improved, but they got the job done and exceeded our expectations!

I selected Western Skies to build a new garage structure attached to an original old single car structure because they said that they were especially good at adding structures to older homes that look like they fit the original design. The house and original garage are 75 years old and the new structure looks like it was part of the original plan. The old structure was saved as well. Western Skies thought of extras used in finishing that made it all fit together. I was so pleased with the garage that I hired Western Skies to replace the back patio structure and am pleased with that result as well. I highly recommend Western Skies.

Western Skies was great to work with. If there was ever a question about something they were easy to contact and remedy the problem.

Did a major revamp of the exterior of my house, siding, windows, roof etc. Once hired they were very prompt at starting the work and completing it within a short period of time. Very fast turn around on my project and Western skies was very prompt to answer any questions or concerns after my project was completed. Best price of any contractor I had bid my job.

B's Coffee in Johnstown and Fort Collins were both built by this company. We were on a strict time frame as we already were paying rent for the spaces. The jobs were both completed ahead of schedule and followed the itemized budget the we were provided at the beginning of the project. Both coffee shops have been referred to "brought some class to the town" because of the design and finishes that were included.

I was happy with the plans, workmanship, clean-up each day, and affable workers.

At the beginning of our project, the foreman was very responsive. He had great drawings and helped us to come up with our final plans. From there that was the end of his responsiveness. He told us the project would be 10 weeks from start to finish. The project actually took 34 weeks to be 100% complete. Notes that were made along the way about cabinet size, tile configuration, etc, weren't done to our specifications the first time, they had to be changed which took more time, as the subcontractors dictated when they came back in to fix the mistakes. We even had the lumber company send us paperwork about filing a mechanics lien due to non-payment, even though we met our agreed upon payment dates to the contractor. After that point we were more selective on when we made future payments. Overall the foreman did not make our job a priority and did not have an accurate schedule or timetable to complete our project.
