I never had to repeat myself. Scott was on-site both days they were here to check on things. Denise was always very quick to respond with any questions we had. Lupe and the on-site team always seemed to be progressing, there's an eerie silence at lunch because they're so hard at work the rest of the time. They were fast, courteous, and stuck very close to the original quote when we were able to get the work handled. ****They didn't leave a single roofing nail behind.**** If you've ever had a roof done on a house before, you know this nightmare! Honestly, I wish they provided more services, it'd make the next few things we need to have done to the house a lot easier. Definitely recommended!"

"Drennen fixed a faulty radon system in our home. They took a look at what was going on and were very straight forward and honest in their approach. Every employee from the office manager to the installers exhumed care and professionalism at every step. They were extremely pleasant and kind. It was very evident that they cared about their customers and doing the job right. They also installed a radon mitigation system for my elderly father and the first thing he said when I talked to him was how nice the installers were and what a great job they had done. Both of these experiences demonstrate an integrity and honest care that is hard to find these days in any profession. "Van Matre was truly outstanding from start to finish. Brady gave us an honest assessment of our situation and a number of reasonable options to choose from. He taught us a lot about foundations, and spent lots of time with us as we tweaked and tuned the plan. They were able to get us on their schedule fairly quickly, and they finished the job in about a week, which I thought was amazing. Willis, who led the crew, was super nice. He recognized our interest in the details of what they were working on, and kept us informed the whole way through. Joel, Wheelz and Adam were awesome too. They cranked through the work and left our finished basement just as clean as they found it."

"The main reason for calling them was two jobs involving some height and difficult access -- reattaching a roof fascia that was coming off and creating a new interior window frame for a new skylight (turned out that the roofers who installed skylights did not do anything interior!). Both of these went quickly and well. As did a small job installing a valve in a shower line. However there were problems with the next item on the list (we felt we were committed to paying for an entire afternoon.) This was installing a new light fixture -- something we generally do ourselves if the location is accessible. Turned out the guy who came is afraid of electricity because he recently experienced a bad shock. Initially he wanted to turn off all the electricity in the house. Although we talked him out of that and worked with him to find the circuit breaker that turned off the appropriate circuit, it was in a dark hallway and we did not closely supervise the work. And he was in a hurry because they had told him he had to go on to pick up doors for another job the next day. Although he had been very careful to check every step of the way on every other job, he did not on this last one. And afterwards we found that this unusual fixture (two light track arms extending from a base) had been installed improperly so the arms could not be unfolded and extended. We had to take it down and reinstall it ourselves. We requested a small reduction in the charge, half of the time attributable to this job because we felt responsibility for the problem was shared, and that request was granted."
