"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

"Great service and prompt arriving to the property.  The service itself was great.  A few months after the service they called to ask us if we had paid them (we paid on the date of service), they had lost any record that we paid them, from the conversation I had with the man who called it did not sound like I was the only customer they lost the information on as he stated that his son had taken over for a few weeks and it did not sound like he kept good records.  I let the man know that we did pay the person when he came out to clean the carpet, the man thanked me and that was the end of the conversation.  Then, near tax time, I received a second phone call about the same exact issue.  I got the impression that not only does this company have terrible accounting practices, they also do not remember or record who they contacted and when.  I cannot imagine that this company will be around much longer with their accounting practices.
