Their machine did not have enough power to pull up smashed carpet from furniture (and tried to tell me dog must have eaten the carpet out there. He had one machine quit working while he was here. And he knew there was lots of dog hair and it did not begin to remove all of that or even most of it. Then I asked him if they offered to Scott Guard the carpet and they do not even offer this option which I would have loved to have done in the high traffic areas."
