Oxymagic was able to meet my tight schedule and did a great job on my white sectional. The process they use dried quickly and looks fresh and new again. Highly recommend.

I sent my rug to get cleaned and they had it for 2 weeks, I paid $120, and I honestly do not think they did anything with it. It came back looking exactly as it was when they picked it up, and even after using a steam cleaner on it once after I got it back at home, it looked way cleaner. Communication was slow and not proactive, and I had to follow to get an estimated delivery time as it extended beyond what I was initially told by a week. I added a star because the person that picked up and dropped off the rug was very friendly.

I have been using Oximagic of Northern Colorado for several years and would rate them with 6+ stars if 6 was available. They are the main reason that my 4 year old carpet looks brand new. I use them every 6 months and have decided to shift to three because of their superior service. They charged me $200 which I consider a very good value.
