Will is very knowledgable about wood flooring and even went the extra mile to accommodate a color change when the first finish did not come out as I had imagined. His workers are more like technicians, both in their knowledge and craftsmanship (especially Takeo). They were also clean and respectful in my house, despite other workers and disruptions going on, as well as a large snow storm. Maybe not the cheapest in town, but I'd definitely recommend using Will and Iaia for your wood floors if you want it done right.

Will takes great pride in everything he does. His level of expectation for quality for the projected far exceeded that of my own. Our project entailed everything from demolition, removal, installation and baseboards. I hope to have Will back for another install in the basement when the time is right. I cannot express how happy we are with his work and his timeliness.

He replaced all the flooring, both carpet in basement and laminate flooring on main floor with hardwood flooring before I moved into my new home. My floors look awesome, I love, love, love them!
