"Josh was very prompt, efficient and professional - personable too. He was very honest in assessing our particularly difficult cleaning situation, but happily was able to clean everything beyond all expectation. The whole experience was great!"

Small jobs welcome

My name is Chad. I am an all around home maintenance professional. I work with a few craftsmen as well. We’ve all been doing this for awhile and have become very efficient on jobs together. We can do pretty much anything to get your rental property ready to rent or your home ready to sell. We love to do remodeling as well. Can handle anything you throw at us. Gives us a call we would be happy to serve you.

"I believe that Bill did a good job of cleaning our air ducts, and the price was cheap for air duct cleaning.  But look out for the gotchas.  I went for the offer that came through Angie's list for $159.  But read the fine print.  I was charged an additional $75 for having to clean "hard to reach" ducts.  That being said, this is still cheaper than a previous air duct cleaning I had done some years ago.  I had 19 ducts to clean and it took him about 1 1/2 hours.  It's rather difficult to determine whether or not he did a good job, but I have no reason to believe that he didn't do a good job.   Bill was pleasant and professional.  I did experience a "no show" for the first appointment that I made.  I was told that someone wrote down the wrong date.  But he was punctual on the second try. "

"I received a phone call from Enver within 2 minutes of filling out my request online. Joanna was very friendly and efficient in providing a quote. After I accepted, she came to my house the next day to collect the carpet. Only 4 days later she delivered it back again. The cleaning seems excellent. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED."

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

How you freshen a musty carpet depends on what’s causing it to smell funky. Baking soda can soak up some smells, and vinegar is a natural deodorizer. These DIY solutions can lift out light odors. However, steam cleaning or hot water extraction may be the best way to clean your carpet when the smell is deeply ingrained. These penetrate deep into carpet fibers and can remove musty mold spores and pet urine smells.

Steam cleaning is the best way to clean a carpet to enhance the color and texture of the fibers. You can either rent a steam cleaner and clean the carpet yourself or hire a local carpet cleaning team for a more thorough pass.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

Hydrogen peroxide is usually better for getting rid of urine smells on hardwood than vinegar. Unlike vinegar, hydrogen peroxide is odorless. This can be advantageous if you have a dog that likes to mark areas with a strong scent. Also, hydrogen is a strong oxidizer that can break down bacterial odors, and it is less likely to remove the finish on hardwood flooring than vinegar. Never mix hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. This creates corrosive and toxic peracetic acid.

Unless you have a steam cleaner with an extractor (which is what most professionals use), a steam cleaner only breaks up all the dirt and grime stuck to your flooring and doesn’t actually remove the dirt. After a steam clean, the key to getting rid of dirt and grime is going back over it with a vacuum, mop, or microfiber cloth.
