"Received quotes from three established and recommended plumbing and heating companies. All bids were over $2,200 to install a 40 gallon hot water heater one can buy retail for under $1,000. Found James highly recommended on the internet and BBB and hired him to do the job. James showed up same day. He was very thorough in his work and did a great job. I thought his bid was both a reasonable and fair price."

"When my sewer line backed up and couldn't be fixed due to its age (installed in 1942), I made enquiries and chose the company that was most highly rated and with a reasonable cost. Jake came out and explained everything to me. He obviously knew what he was talking about.
