"I have been a landlord in Highlands Ranch, Colorado for over 20 years. I have worked with a lot of professionals and handyman throughout those years. Tim is just an incredible professional. I had him install 2 chandeliers in my home (one even 20 feet tall) and he had it all done in 3 hours including the time to rent a large latter to reach the ceiling.
