"I posted a request for a landscaper who could assist us with our back lawn in our new construction home in Littleton. We had a small budget and was not sure a professional company would even consider our job. We met with 3 companies - two from Angi's list and one who was doing our neighbors yard. D&D was our top choice not only because of the price (was able to work with our budget and was a good 20 - 30% less than the other two bids we got) as well as amazing communication, documentation of the process, on time installation (actually started a few days early when his crew finished other jobs ahead of schedule) and overall ease of working with Daniel. We had some other family issues during the time of our move and the fact Daniel was so easy to work with, was a man of his word and followed thru with a great final product made it such a good experience for us. I HIGHLY recommend Daniel and his team! We plan to add to our yard in time and will be calling D&D again!"

"Minh Le does fantastic work. We needed to re-do our backyard, increase the area of grass coverage. He came by the day we called him and worked within our budget. He was able to work in the yard with little need for us to be home. Minh went above and beyond by tidying up our backyard to make sure the final product looked great. He was very detailed in ensuring the new sprinkler heads and the existing ones provided adequate coverage over the new lawn. He even repaired a broken sprinkler head in the front lawn for us. Overall Minh Le is very responsive, great to talk to, and over-delivers."

"Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."

"After a brief mixup about authorization, Manuel came out assessed the issue as a defective sprinkler valve. Since the system was 41 years old he suggested replacing all three valves on the same manifold. He gave me an acceptable price for the repair. His technician came out the next day and made the repairs. It works fine and the cleanup and lawn restoration around the valve box looks good."

"This is a smaller company with employees that are skilled and enthused about their work. Iâ m not sure about the cost, because two of the four companies we contacted failed to produce a bid. Our sprinkler system was old and riddled with holes and leaks. The crew came in with the right equipment and number of workers to do the job in 2 days. Our home is old, so I was impressed with their skill in creating workarounds for some difficult and unexpected problems. My only complaint is that the cleanup was less than satisfactory. At the end of the first day, there was mud on the front sidewalk and walkway, which created some very dirty shoes when we entered or exited our home. After the the work was completed, again they left without adequate clean up. We had to do it ourselves, and shouldnâ t have had to make a special request for this basic service."
