"These guys are experienced and know their stuff.. They removed a 65 ft Aspen without it falling on the house, fence, or neighbors' properties. No real damage to our landscaping as well. They did an excellent job cleaning up all the branches, cutting up the tree trunks, and hauling them away. They showed up on time and worked very fast. Pricing was very reasonable. No surprises -they were very Professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a tree(s) removal service."

"I can't recommend O'Shaugnessy Trees enough. Talked to Connor on a Monday and the trees/shrubs were finished by Wednesday afternoon. He did a fantastic job with a fair price on a really tough project. Hire him!"

"I had Eden tree care remove a large 60 foot Ponderosa that was close to the house . Charles and his crew did an outstanding job . Watched Charles at work cutting the tree . Heâ s a very skilled arborist . With the tree that close to the house and directly above my fence . I was worried something would get damaged . He was very professional and made it look so easy . I would definitely recommend using Eden tree care and plan to use him in the future ."

Customers say: True professional

"I hired Donnie after we had several trees come down during one of the windstorms earlier this year. He had the best quote but I was even more impressed with the quality of work. He did exactly what he said he would do, he charged exactly what he said he would charge, and he left the property as if he hadnâ t even been there. Anytime I need a tree removed I will be calling him. Great service!"

"Pedro Lucas did an excellent job removing 11 large trees from our property. He was on time when he came to estimate the job. His quote was reasonable. He performed the work and the cleanup, as we agreed, in a most timely manner. I do not hesitate to highly recommend him for any tree service work you may have."

Customers say: Terrific value

"Rob and his team were punctual, personable and quick. We had a 75' tree growing just a few feet from our house - they not only cut the tree down but ground the stump to below dirt level so we could put pavers down. While the tree stump was growing into the fence - they still managed to minimize how much of the stump remained and the leftover is nearly flush with the fence line. On top of the service and results, K2 was the best quote we received when gathering quotes."

"Very nice hard working crew. The (price) of the trees, scrubs, and some stumps was affordable. They cleaned up the debris nicely and left it cleaner then what the lawn looked like before they started the job. The job was handled in a quick and high level of care. Tree Service questions, answered by experts

In most cases, your neighbor is responsible for roots from their tree that cause damage to your property. If your pavement, the foundation of your home, or a fence is damaged by roots from a neighbor’s tree, you likely will have legal recourse for financial relief. While it’s better to notify your neighbor of any problems you notice as soon as they arise to avoid costly damage, there are some instances where filing a civil suit is your only recourse. Your homeowner’s insurance company might wish to do so on your behalf if you file a claim.

If executed correctly your tree should survive after being transplanted to a new spot. However, effective transplanting requires six months, careful root pruning, safe transport to the new location, and replanting in prime soil conditions. You’ll also need an appropriately sized root ball for a complete tree transplant. A good rule of thumb is that, for every inch in diameter, your tree’s root ball needs to be around 11 inches. So a tree with a diameter of six inches needs a root ball of approximately 66 inches.

Absolutely. These steps are significantly easier, too, especially when it comes to preserving the root ball and moving the palm tree. However, you will want to make sure the tree has plenty of fertilizer to establish itself and start growing. Supports may also be more important, as it can take extra time for a potted palm to spread out its roots. If you are transferring a palm to another pot, you’ll want to move up a size or two to a larger pot. Make sure the pot has excellent drainage to keep the palm from getting waterlogged.

While trees can grow in the curb strip between the sidewalk and the street, this placement often poses the problem of interfering with overhead power lines. It’s best to consult your local utility provider and tree planting service before transplanting a tree that might grow into power lines. Also, you should never work within 20 feet of a live power line to avoid the risk of electric shock. Tree branches should never touch nearby power lines, so it’s essential to ensure your tree isn’t in danger of growing too close to them.

Most experts recommend removing a tree that has sustained more than 25% loss in the limbs, trunk, or circumference of the bark. Doing an initial trimming of damaged and dangling branches, but then waiting a few days of monitoring to decide how much more you might need to cut can help you better assess the total damage to the tree. However, consulting a tree maintenance pro to make this determination the best course of action before removing a tree.
