We needed a new water heater, I called on Monday, Alan was out on Tuesday to give us an estimate and by early Thursday afternoon we had our new water heater installed along with a water softener/purification system. Lanney is extremely personable yet extremely professional at the same time. The workmanship was fantastic and he explained things to us along the way. Lanney's assistant, I believe it is is son, Austin, is a fantastic person and he is also extremely knowledgeable and very proficient. We now have hot water on demand on the opposite side of the house where it could take 5 min of water running for the water to be hot.
