No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. Additionally, the appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company just call and say they are minutes from the property and never sent a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm â 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Even if I was to keep the 3pm â 5pm, I will not coz the lack of customer service is disturbing and then to try to charge me for no work is even worse. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. I do not know any business that does not do them in this day and age. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. Come on All Pro Sprinklers, this is no excuse and should be an opportunity for you to do better. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a â special request.â

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! Chris and the entire All Pro team were beyond amazing! They installed a brand new sprinkler system in my front and back yard, connected the water pipes from the water line inside the house, and they did a FANTASTIC job with everything. I could not be happier! They left everything clean and perfect, and the cuts in the yard where they installed all of the pipes were barely noticeable. They did SUCH a wonderful job. I would call them to come back anytime I need sprinkler help. I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful work they all did. 5 STARS!!!!

We received great service, the owner was prompt getting out to us. Prompt, efficient, and cost effective! Chris the owner came out, he was just fantastic. They have honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to anybody.

This is a smaller company with employees that are skilled and enthused about their work. Iâ m not sure about the cost, because two of the four companies we contacted failed to produce a bid. Our sprinkler system was old and riddled with holes and leaks. The crew came in with the right equipment and number of workers to do the job in 2 days. Our home is old, so I was impressed with their skill in creating workarounds for some difficult and unexpected problems. My only complaint is that the cleanup was less than satisfactory. At the end of the first day, there was mud on the front sidewalk and walkway, which created some very dirty shoes when we entered or exited our home. After the the work was completed, again they left without adequate clean up. We had to do it ourselves, and shouldnâ t have had to make a special request for this basic service.

They gave excellent customer service. Very friendly and easy to work with and discuss the project with. They were prompt in all of their business dealings. I would definitely recommend them.

Robert came over and diagnosed the problem properly. He was courteous, knowledgeable and kept everything clean and tidy. My previous sprinkler company wanted to replace a valve for the zone that wasn't working for $600!...but Robert listened, tested and determined that it was in my control box...and proved it by taking a new control box and showing that it worked. BUT...rather than selling me the new box, he said he could simply move that zone to an empty slot in my current box!!! All for a simple service charge! Saved me a lot of money...All Pro is my new Sprinkler company for blowouts and startups as well. NO TRIP FEES either. And Gina, the scheduler was great as well...friendly, positive and tried to schedule me sooner than later.

I got estimates from two other companies who seemed determined to charge me as much as they could. One even suggested that I find the drip lines by myself and they would help me after that. This is the only company that did what I asked at a reasonable price.

Quick response. The young man was prompt listened to what I had to say. Quickly assessed the problems in the sprinkler system. The work was completed in an hour.

The crew worked hard, were friendly and courteous, and were very professional. They took time to explain what they had done and to provide instruction on how to operate the system. Also very importantly, they made every effort to ensure the yard was returned to the same condition as it was pre-work. It was a great crew that did a great job.

The young man who repaired my sprinkling system was very courteous, knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to fix it. Most of all, I felt I could really trust this company because only minor adjustments were needed instead of replacing major parts. The repair man from Done Services didn't repair it correctly the first time. I'm glad I chose All Pro Sprinkler. Honesty and knowledge made a big difference. Thanks!

Very professional, honest family owned business. They did a great job fixing all my broken valves and Chris went above and beyond to find a fitting for a odd old pipe we had in our system! He also planned this awesome watering system for our vegetable garden bed and I can't wait for spring to start planting! I recommend them and will always call them for any other problems we have with our sprinkler system.

He was very professional...solved the problem in a short amount of time. Hopefully the problem is permanently solved!

Need to put the back in place better and clean up better

Chris had his crew at our house early in the morning to discuss the project. His crew went straight to work and told me it would take one day. Came home from work to a brand new system. I have already recommended him to my neighbor who thinks that Chris was fantastic and the sprinklers are great. I will have them back next year to install the back yard. They are fantastic.

Chris and Paul were great to work with! I appreciate their customer service and honest. They were the only sprinkler company out of 5 that turned on my old system, and said it was still good, just needed a few weeks and these knew nozzles. Saved us a lot of money verses putting in a new system (which is what everyone else bid.) And I feel good knowing we are not wasting so much water!

Show up on time, did a great job!

I'm not getting my sprinklers installed until May but so far excellent customer service.
