I was also pleasantly surprised with the quality of the windows they installed.  I hadn't really given it much thought, and just assumed they would be cheapo windows, since that is what we have come to expect as the baseline default.  They are actually well built, and come with a great warranty too.

He answered all of our questions and provided a very reasonable quote which they came back to fix the following week after the window had dried out.
