We needed a new water heater, I called on Monday, Alan was out on Tuesday to give us an estimate and by early Thursday afternoon we had our new water heater installed along with a water softener/purification system. Lanney is extremely personable yet extremely professional at the same time. The workmanship was fantastic and he explained things to us along the way. Lanney's assistant, I believe it is is son, Austin, is a fantastic person and he is also extremely knowledgeable and very proficient. "Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"

"I recommend Defense based on their work fixing our home drainage-system leak. There was a 4/4 ft, 1 in deep water pool in the corner of cellar under sewer line of 1910 QueenAnne home, yet no joints leaked. The two corner walls, from about 3-4 feet above floor, showed wet spots on their concrete, and wetness from outside seeping thru wall soaked a level 2x4 support for shelving. Water dripped from this 2x4 every 10-15 secs. A different company estimated a $10,000 sumpPump was needed, and refused to evaluate the outflow pipe of clay. Defense knew old-house materials, would check pipe first, then if needed, consider sumpPump. The clay pipe was found to have a ravine eroded along its underside with soaking wet mud beneath and around it. Now that Defense replaced the bad parts with PVC pipe, I have been able to get the cellar dried out completely !!!! for $3900 and great guys working."
