We now have hot water on demand on the opposite side of the house where it could take 5 min of water running for the water to be hot. Pure Water also installed a water softener and now our hard water is soft! Patrick who did the install was professional, personable, picked up what little mess there was, explained everything once the install was complete. "pricey repair......I was not pleased with the up selling of some program they had-something about a monthly fee and not having to pay for future repairs. It was a turn off for sure. However they were timely, neat and tidy, polite. The other plumbing service I have used through Home Advisor didn't try to sell me other features."
