"Outstanding and personalized service! When our baseboard heater failed one very cold morning, they offered to loan electric cube heaters in case a technician was unavailable that day. However Cory appeared within a couple hours, and immediately fixed the issue. He was very courteous and left no trace of his effort except a better functioning boiler. He pointed out other neglected boiler service items, cleaned and adjusted everything at a reasonable cost for the time and materials spent. The office manager also checked in to ensure we were warm and happy."

"Had to reschedule the first appointment due to a miscommunication. The communication issue was from a "new hire" in training at the company. Understandable. But the rescheduled appointment was on time and work as promised. They have accommodated me in my very odd work schedule. Plan to do another project with them in master bath soon....."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
