Josh was on time and very thorough. He answered all my questions. Our A/C is now working. They were able to come out 2 days after I spoke with them on saturday, Here on Monday when everywhere else was 2-3 week wait. Thank you so much.

I have used Marks Mechanical for several years, heating, cooling and when he did plumbing. He was always prompt, friendly and fair. He was also so good to my 90 year old parents when they were alive.

From the first phone call to the final handshake, everyone associated with Mark Mechanical was prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. This also was the case for their subcontractors. All aspects of the job were done in the time frame outlined to us. They treated our home and furnishings with respect and took the time to explain all aspects of the job to us. Had several inspections. All said we needed to replace our 22 year old unit. Mark came out, inspected the unit and cleaned one part. It has worked fine since. When the furnace does give up and quit we will give Mark first shot at replacing it. We have hired Mark to service our AC unit for summer use.

Great. Job was done in about half a day and the systems have worked flawlessly. Mark also followed up to make sure we were happy with everything.

Mark responded quickly and everything was replaced within a day. Not only that , but we were having to have work done for roofing and electrical to satisfy the results of a home inspection prior to the sale of a house, but he recommended an electrician and a roofer, and let them into the house, since we were out of town when we got the inspection results. He's wonderfully kind and very professional, and has become a friend.

Even though Mark was busy he rearranged his schedule to come out and repair hot water heater. Very grateful he was so accommodating. Will definitely call him again.

Mark and his crew were great to work with, and made a very competitive bid. He patiently came by our house multiple times, and helped us shape a cooling solution that balanced comfort and cost. We ended up purchasing a roof-mounted Breezair evaporative cooler with four supply ducts, which qualified us for a large rebate from our utility. Mark was super helpful in making sure we qualified for the rebate, as well as helping us evaluate different systems. And he's great with our dog, which is always a plus. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark Mechanical to anyone who is looking for the right balance of responsiveness, quality and cost.
