Outstanding and personalized service! When our baseboard heater failed one very cold morning, they offered to loan electric cube heaters in case a technician was unavailable that day. However Cory appeared within a couple hours, and immediately fixed the issue. He was very courteous and left no trace of his effort except a better functioning boiler. He pointed out other neglected boiler service items, cleaned and adjusted everything at a reasonable cost for the time and materials spent. The office manager also checked in to ensure we were warm and happy.

Excellent customer service!! Cory and Mike are the best!!! Cory had to hunt down parts and Mike stayed after hours to make sure we had hot water. A new part had to be ordered and Mike was able to convince manufacturer to warranty the part. We use Airstream for all of our heating, a/c and plumbing issues. They understand what customer service should be and most of all, always respond quickly!!

Found the problem quickly and fixed it within 1/2 hour. Impressed they wore booties over shoes so they didn't track in mud. Had new sink installed 3 mos ago, he didn't fasten disposal to sink correctly so it leaked every time disposal was run. Previous plumber phone disconnected so I called Airstream. Can't say enough good things about George.

It went extremely well. Our AC unit failed during a bad heat wave, and the people at Airstream handled our emergency with efficiency and professionalism. Although very busy, Robin, the woman who took my call, was responsive and knowledgeable and placed us on the schedule immediately, sending a technician out as soon as possible. It took a couple days, but this was July 4th week, and they were no doubt handling a lot of problems just like mine. The technician arrived at the designated time, diagnosed the problem and drove back to town and got our new fan and returned out and installed it the same day. He was very thorough and helpful, cleaning the unit and then remaining here until he was certain, after tests, the unit was performing correctly. We will keep Airstream's number handy and will call them again for help when the time comes. Very satisfied.

It went well. Workerman showed up on time, he tried the least expensive fixes first and when they didn't work he did something else. It didn't seem to cost me more for him to try to minimize the cost first. The furnace worked well when he left. He was kind and professional.

Everything went according to plan, we are very happy.

I've hired them once recently. I used to hire them a lot in the past because I needed more help than I do now, and they've always been very good. The last time I had them come fix a leak their prices were a little high, I thought, but they were in and out. They had to take a section of drywall out of the wall. They took as small a section as possible. They got the leak stopped in 30 minutes, welded the pipe shut, and were gone. No they didn't fix the drywall. Some of them can do that, and this was going, drywall, I'm a plumber. I can take it, but I can't put it back. I hadn't expected him too. They made a very small hole and can find somebody to fix that for me later.

Extremely well. Jim performed an excellent job of diagnosis and installation including submitting pictures of process. Sam and Rhonda handled the scheduling, payment, and communication side of the project very professionally including offering reasonable timelines and following up with letter, billing, payment, and installation pictures plus warranty info. Had used them years ago and was reminded by Angies List reviews that they did quality work. l will remember.

They gave me a very High Bid I told them not to do the work paid the stupid $54 charge and hired a reasonably priced plumber that charges by the hour

Very well. Arrived early after getting permission to do so. Fixed pipe very quickly.

Heard water running in water heater closet. Turned off heater. Called Airstream who had crew at my home in about an hour. They assessed situation and recommended a Rinnai waterless tank which I preferred. Crew returned with all equipment and completed the job within four hours. I highly recommend Airstream professionals for this type of work. The cost seems expensive; but when you see all the expertise needed for this installation (electrical, plumbing, gas line work, etc.), it's very important to have knowledgeable, skilled installers. When Airstream crew left, everything was clean and neat. I hope to live in this home for at least ten years, and not worrying about a water tank leaking and damaging the home brings peace of mind. And this water heater should last much longer than a regular water heater.

When our 9 foot deep sewer line needed replacing we called Airstream Plumbing & Heating.  We already knew from previous work that they had done for us, that this much larger project would not be a concern for them to take on.  Their employee who headed the project (George) had a great idea in boring a new connection hole through the concrete wall  to raise the depth of the sewer line to 2 feet instead of the previous 9 feet. Which makes so much more sense for any future work that may be needed!  Not only did they cover the furniture near the work area, they used plastic runners in the walk area AND wore booties over their shoes! Imagine that! We are so happy with their entire staff, Sam who scheduled so efficiently to Mike Bumgardner, the owner who gave us the most competitive bid. Thank You Airstream Plumbing & Heating!

Mike came out to explain everything to my wife and I. Jim and Matt we're very professional and did an awesome job! They worked very hard and explained things to me. I was very impressed!

They tore out a shower and capped the drain and lines. Then installed sheetrock. Removed lavoratory, garden tub and built in double sink vanity and counter. They enclosed 3 windows, built a wall, ran new pipes, installed a 2 shower head system, one on either end of stall. Moved the tub drain to accomodate new 4ft by 5ft shower with bench. Removed combination medicine chest, light; and replaced with new fixtures I purchased. Reinforced walls for 3 grab bars. Added all kinds of valves and plumbing thingy's, Sheetrocked, textured. ( I chose to paint) Had house of marble install shower floor and 3 wall panels. (excellent service from them and superior product!!) Installed new lavoratory and new water line. installed new vanity, moved that drain line over to fit new vanity. It took 2 weeks start to finish. Including the wait time for the custom marble. George had my cell # and called me to let me know when they would be arriving, or if a different crew was coming etc. They were extremely clean, organized and fast. The people they have working for them are knowledgeable, friendly, (but not familiar) proffesionals. Dale and his construction guys were fantastic. My bathroom turned out so beautiully that I just had to have these Airstream guys come fix  my ac; (which had been broken since the the last plumbers charged me a grand to have it break a week later, sorry no guarentees.) Larry fixed it for under $200 and its been going great for months now. I will never use anyone else again! Honest, dependable and inexpensive.

They showed up on time. They seemed like they were highly qualified. They did a good job. He took extra effort to explain things to me. He did a pretty good job. Their pricing seemed appropriate to me. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either.
