Rick did the following work for us: Repainted walls with specialty colors, Repainted walls with the Faux Atristic Paint Texcnique, laid tile, basic electrical, installed beautiful real wood flooring with the hand scraped look, installed laminate flooring, hung ceiling fans, installed new light fixtures, prepared floors for carpeting, added plumbing, added hot water on demand domestic water system, soldered copper pipes and joints, laid down ceramic tile and artistically matched it to older existing tile by mixing patterns, installed new toilets, built "Half Steps" along a steep stairway, etc. If you want someone who has artistic talent and can paint a wall with the Faux Technique and make it look great... Rick is your guy!
