Walked us through what they were doing, in a professional, easy to understand manner. Gave us final directions on how to use the new tankless heater. Also, informed us on what to look for if our 70 year old pipes start having issues. They did not push us to spend a ton of money to re-pipe the house now. "Had a puddle in my basement after a downpour. They found the crack that was the most likely culprit and sealed it. The sump pump wouldn't fit where originally planned, so they had to add a few feet of drain along the interior wall. Inside everything seems OK. The concrete sidewalk and lawn they dug up for the drain outside are a bit of a mess. Be forewarned. They will ask you to commit to service at the time of the free estimate or lose out on a 10% discount."
