"I liked Quinn's good communication, he arrived for the appointment on time and respected that it was an emergency that needed prompt attention. The installation seems fine today and everything is working properly. Although replacing a water heater turned out to be more expensive than I had anticipated, their price was still a couple of hundred dollars less than other quotes. "Removed hot water heater, added tankless heater. unclogged slow drains. Very professional, 3 guys showed up and made quick work of the projects. Walked us through what they were doing, in a professional, easy to understand manner. Gave us final directions on how to use the new tankless heater. Also, informed us on what to look for if our 70 year old pipes start having issues. They did not push us to spend a ton of money to re-pipe the house now. We will be contacting them for any future projects. Great job, Rob, Curtis, and Brandon!!"
