Also, informed us on what to look for if our 70 year old pipes start having issues. They did not push us to spend a ton of money to re-pipe the house now. The sump pump wouldn't fit where originally planned, so they had to add a few feet of drain along the interior wall. Inside everything seems OK. The concrete sidewalk and lawn they dug up for the drain outside are a bit of a mess. Be forewarned.
