He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He consulted with me on placement of some W items, so I got what I wanted and the way I wanted it. When he finished, everything was cleaned up, like he was never here. The work is beautiful and I am extremely happy with the outcome, it is better than I exoected I believe Tylor is a strong asset to the Bordner organization. When Tim and Justin arrived we went over the water heater installation and other repairs before beginning, once again answering all my questions. All the information was very welcoming. I could not have asked for more skilled technicians to be working on my home. I had a few other plumbing issues other than the water heater installation which were absolutely no problem for Tim and Justin. Before I knew it they were done with the entire job which was almost incredible for the amount of work being done. I’ve never had this good of an experience with a plumbing company before and will absolutely be using them for any future needs. I will also be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.
