They offered me money back and then rescinded the offer as the problems they should have caught just continued. I ended up “chatting” with the manufacturer and showing them screenshots to prove the venting was wrong. They offered a cleaning crew after I complained and already cleaned up the mess they ground into the carpet. When I asked to speak to the owner/DORA license holder, Levi Torres, I was told Levi “doesn’t take phone calls”. Clearly, he only takes your money and wastes your time."
