"We had to replace our flat roof that was 73 years old. It wasn't leaking but got to the point where insurance would only cover 25% if it had to be replaced so we call three different companies that had experience with flat roofs. BLU had good reviews and did a good job explaining the special needs of replacing a flat roof and why a full replacement was the best way to go. Very pleased with the work and the crew and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"It went great most of the time. There are hiccups in almost everything, so there were a few here as well such as timing and some of the measurements. Examples would be that they originally left the "roof cap" a little short on both sides of the center of the roof (on purpose), but my original roof had it all the way across. They didn't ask before changing it, but they immediately fixed it when I called. I had to get a remeasure of my roof from them as my insurance company measured my roof at less than what they did, but they came out and got the correct measurement the second time. They subcontract out the gutter replacement and the hiccup there was the slant that was retaining water. But again, they came back out immediately to fix/adjust. Carisa is awesome at customer service! They also have a Groupon so that saved some money overall!! I would recommend and use again in the future!!"
