I was incredibly happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the Rampart team. They kept me informed regarding the process, work schedule and costs. The crew was great, no loud radio blasting just hard, hard work. The process required to tear out, build in pitch and reroofing this section of the house was challenging, and they could not have handled it better. Explaining it to me every step of the way. I will definitely use them in the future and confidently refer Rampart Roofing to friends and family.

I noticed my neighbors getting new roof so I called for an inspection thinking I needed a new roof also. Turns out my roof is newer so small repairs is all I needed. Professional and prompt service. Will call them again for my roofing needs!

I worked with Aaron Owens at Rampart who was SUPER helpful. He took the time to talk to me about everything, went to look at the roof on our rental property, took lots of pictures and we discussed a plan to rectify the hail damage. He was great with communication and worked directly with my insurance company to streamline the process. His team showed up on time and was very professional. Roof looks GREAT! I'm super happy with Rampart's work and will for sure use them in the future. Highly recommend.

The end result of the work is very good, there were several communication issues between the prime contractor and the subcontractors, along with workers not being equipped to perform the required tasks

Finished roof fine. Much damage to ceiling inside. Delivery of shingles created the damage. The bundles of shingles were tossed on the roof and the vibrations and weight distribution created multiple cracks and nail pops to out ceiling and walls. Also the truck damaged our driveway with many cracks.

In a world where integrity & face to face connections have become rare, it is nice to have the pleasure of working with a company whose staff is responsive, has high standards and is genuine. Rampart Roofing is such a company. What won me over was their attention to detail and taking the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how silly & insignificant they may have seemed. I felt valued & heard, like I wasn’t just another customer, but that they really wanted to address all my concerns & deliver an outstanding end product. As a locally owned business, what impressed me was when the owner himself came over to my house to do the estimate and afterwards to inspect my roof, making sure everything was done just right. And Amanda in the front office, went out of her way to find all the different roof tile colors I wanted so I could pick the perfect color for my house. You won’t be disappointed with Rampart Roofing. Their excellent team & quality work speaks for itself.

Steve did a great job carefully going over the roof and doing many minor repairs as needed. Properly re-positioned roof tiles that had slid down. Roof looks great 9 months later.
